Nick Snaith is a leadership development specialist and strategic advisor with a strong track record in helping organisations build capable leaders, improve workplace learning, and manage change effectively.
As the Founder and Director of The Learning Manager, Nick has worked with corporate clients, public sector bodies, and international institutions to design and deliver bespoke leadership, management, and learning programmes.
With a background in L&D strategy, quality assurance, and workplace conflict resolution, he blends traditional leadership principles with modern learning technology to create practical, high-impact solutions.
